Book Appointments Online
Please read these helpful notes before proceeding to book an appointment on line.
If you are a New Patient booking online for the first time:-
Please select “New” at the top of the screen and then a reason from the drop-down list so we have an idea what the main reason for your visit is. Please enter your details exactly how you want us to know you (e.g. Joseph or Joe) and please use capitals where appropriate (as this helps keep our record system accurate).
As a New Patient, you will need to fill in some forms and a medical questionaire, so please arrive 15 minutes before your chosen time to allow for this.
For our Existing Patients when you are booking online:-
Please select “Existing” at the top of the screen if you are already a registered patient with us (even if you have registered and not yet been for an appointment) then a reason from the drop-down list so we have an idea what the main reason for your visit is. Make sure when entering your details you enter all of them exactly how you gave them to us originally including capital letters, telephone and email address. If anything has changed since we last saw you please telephone the practice to update your record before you book an online appointment, entering new details before making us aware of them will result in our system thinking you are somebody new and creating a brand new record.
If you’re not too sure on your exact details or it’s all just a bit too confusing then please call our friendly reception staff on 01264 301301 and they can book an appointment for you, Many Thanks.

Any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours notice will incur charges for a missed appointment.
